ABOUT JULIA

Julia is a transformative leader with over 20 years of experience in global talent acquisition (TA). She has designed and delivered best-in-class talent strategies at several companies giving them a competitive advantage in the marketplace. She recently modernized the TA function at CommScope, an $8.5B communications technology company. There, she reported to the CHRO, and managed a team of 40+ and a budget of $5M.Her efforts focused on automation, innovation, and process optimization, which resulted in: 

• An increase in TA flexibility, allowing the department to seamlessly scale up hiring by over 30% during the pandemic and Great Resignation.

• A 54% increase in applicants through employer branding and talent attraction activation.

• A savings of over $2.6M through the implementation of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for contingent workers.

Julia is currently looking for new opportunities. While based in Atlanta, she is open to travel and relocation.
